Cancellation Policy

Salon

When cancelling or rescheduling colour &/or highlighting services, we require 48 hours notice. For haircuts we require 24 hours notice.

Spa

When cancelling or rescheduling any spa service(s), we require 24 hours notice. For group bookings (of 2 or more services), we require 48 hours notice.

 

Please note.

If you are over 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service as we may not be able to complete the service in the remaining time frame.

If we do not hear from you 15 minutes or more into your scheduled appointment, this will be considered as a ‘No-Show’, and we will require 50% of this service before we are able to book in another service.

We understand that life happens, and emergencies can occur that prevents 24-hour notice to be given. In these cases, please let us know as soon as possible.
