Shear Bliss strives to ensure our building, staff and clients are safe while complying to current Public Health restrictions.


*We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not comply with our rules & protocols*


You must reschedule or cancel your appointment if any of the following apply to you:

  • you have been outside of Canada in the last 14 days

  • you have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days

  • you share a household with someone who is waiting for COVID-19 test results

  • you are experiencing ANY cold or flu symptoms

Additional Protocols:

  • Masks are required to enter the building and must be worn at all times

  • Please remain in your vehicle and we will text you when your stylist is ready

  • Please do not bring any children/guests with you to your appointment, they will not be allowed inside the building if they do not have an appointment

  • The coffee bar & lounge will be closed until further notice

  • We are open for retail.  We are still at 50% capacity under public health orders, you may be asked to wait in your vehicle should we be at our capacity limit.


30 minutes prior to your appointment, you should receive a text to check in. PLEASE click the link and read the instructions:

  • you will receive a text letting you know you are checked in, please wait in your vehicle for an additional text telling you to come inside.
