Shipping & Delivery Policy
Shipping and delivery within 24-48 hours of order on business days only. Orders will not be delivered on holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, delivery may be delayed by a few days.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Shear Bliss we are driven to ensure customer satisfaction. All of our products are professional, meaning if you try it a few times and find that it's not the product for you, we will give you a full refund, or give you a new product to try instead!
All returns & exchanges must be done within 2 months of purchase. If the reason for return is preference, the product must be present and over half full in order to receive money back or an exchange. If the reason for return is product error, and within 2 months of purchase, full return or exchange will be issued with proof of purchase product in hand.
If the product you wish to return or exchange was purchased on your account, we have record of the purchase and you do not need a receipt to qualify.
When exchanging a product, the exchange must be of equal or greater value. If it is of greater value, you must pay the difference.
