If you have had a hair service that didn't turn out the way you wanted, please let us know so we can book you in to fix it free of charge! Keep in mind that there is a difference between stylist error and simply not liking the look that you asked for on yourself. If the latter is the case, please still let us know and we will help you move forward to a better, happier outcome at your next appointment!
