If you change your colour often or want a five-minute service, regular polish on a manicure is great. For lasting wear, gel wins.

Caring for your gel nails

Use cuticle oil daily to keep nails and skin healthy, wear gloves for cleaning and dishes, and never pick or peel the gel, since that takes a layer of your natural nail with it.
