Good to know before you book

Cancellations and no-shows: We ask for 24 hours notice for haircut, styling, and single spa services, and 48 hours for hair colouring and multiple spa services. Less than the required notice or a no-show is charged 50 percent of the service.

Children in the spa: Infants and small children are not permitted in the spa without an appointment. Children with an appointment are welcome with parental supervision.
