Good to know before you book

Cancellations and no-shows: We ask for 24 hours notice for haircut, styling, and single spa services, and 48 hours for hair colouring and multiple spa services. Less than the required notice or a no-show is charged 50 percent of the service.

Children in the spa: To keep the spa calm, infants and small children are not permitted in the spa. Children with an appointment are welcome in the Hair Lounge with parental supervision.
