How do I cancel/reschedule my appointment?Please advise that we require 24 hour notice for haircut/styling and single spa services. For hair colouring and multiple spa services, we require 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less than the required notice and no-shows will be charged 50% of the service in question. Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?Due to limited capacity and client privacy, we kindly ask that you come to all other appointments alone*. Guests without an appointment may be asked to leave. *Supervision is required for children's appointments

How far ahead should I book my appointment?Booking wait times and availability will depend on the season, stylist, and appointment. We always recommend booking as far in advance as possible - especially if you have a specific date or time of day needed. Please speak with your stylist for their personalized recommendations.

Will my service provider be wearing a mask?We pride ourselves in following the rules & regulations set by the government in order to keep our clients and staff safe & healthy. The current guidelines do not require masks but if you would feel more comfortable with your service provider wearing one please don't hesitate to ask - we will gladly do so!

Can I return a product after using it?Return your product within 30 days for a full refund or exchange as long as it is at least half full!
